Jay Rosengard is an **Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy** at the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), with over fifty years of expertise in international development policies, public finance, tax reform, and financial inclusion. He leads the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government's Financial Sector Program, focusing on financial institution development. Rosengard also serves as Senior Technical Expert for the Better Than Cash Alliance and Academic Director of the Rajawali Foundation Institute for Asia.
