Jay Loo Dexian is a full-time Lecturer and Programme Leader for the Diploma in Interior Design at LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore. He is also a practicing interior design consultant and founding principal of Jay Design Consultancy, established in 2005.

His work spans corporate branding, F&B establishments, spas, corporate offices, and showrooms.
