Jasper van den Heuvel

Jasper van den Heuvel is a Lecturer-Researcher at HZ University of Applied Sciences since 2017, affiliated with the Resilient Deltas research group. He also holds a dual role as a lecturer-researcher in the Water research group at Scalda. His work focuses on climate change adaptation, spatial planning, and socio-economic challenges in both urban and rural environments, contributing to projects like BPIKA, VIVD, and KARZ.
