Jason Scott Robert

Jason Scott Robert is a Dean’s Distinguished Associate Professor in the School of Life Sciences at Arizona State University (ASU), with affiliations including the Neurodegenerative Disease Research Center, Center for Biology and Society, and Global Futures Scientists and Scholars. His work bridges bioethics, philosophy of biology, and science policy.

Robert’s research focuses on systems bioethics, addressing wicked problems in science and society. His recent publications emphasize translational research challenges, neuroethics, and bioethics policy. Key themes include the epigenesis of obesity, governance of genetic enhancement, and ethical dimensions of cross-species neuroscience models.
