Timothy Emmanuel Brown is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioethics & Humanities at the University of Washington School of Medicine. His research sits at the intersection of biomedical ethics, philosophy of technology, Black/Latinx/Queer feminism, and aesthetics, with a focus on neuroethics and the societal impacts of neurotechnology.
