Jason O. West is a Clinical Associate Professor of Athletic Training at the University of Tulsa, affiliated with the Oxley College of Health and Natural Sciences and the Kinesiology & Rehabilitative Sciences department. He has been employed at TU since 2007, transitioning from an adjunct professor role to full-time status in 2008. Prior to TU, he served as a teaching graduate assistant at the University of Central Missouri and as a faculty member at Longwood University.

West’s research focuses on strength and conditioning, fitness assessment, athletic performance, and skill acquisition within kinesiology and sports science. His work includes biomechanical analysis of shoulder strength in baseball and softball players.
