Jason Knight

Dr. Jason Knight is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth, affiliated with the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He holds a PhD from the University of Warwick and has extensive industrial experience, including roles at the Motor Industry Research Association and Porsche. His research focuses on aerodynamics, fluid-structure interaction (FSI), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), with applications in automotive, aerospace, and marine engineering. Dr. Knight currently supervises three PhD students investigating flow simulation, filtration systems, and CFD modeling of airships.
