Dr Jasmine Lay-Cheng Lim is a Senior Lecturer at Ulster University's Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment. She serves as Director of the MSc Real Estate programme and maintains active professional affiliations, including her chartered membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
