Janka Stoker

Prof. Janka Stoker is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Economics and Business. She serves as Director of the In the LEAD research centre, focusing on leadership and performance. Her roles include academic leadership, executive education, and organizational consultancy. Born in Assen, Netherlands (1970), she holds a Master's in Social Psychology and a Ph.D. from the University of Twente (1998), with postdoc research there. She has extensive experience in academia and consulting, including roles as Vice Dean and senior managing consultant at Berenschot.
