Janina Klein is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Change at the School of Business and Economics (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), affiliated with the Management and Organisation department. She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Edinburgh Business School, an MLitt in International Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communication.

Her research focuses on mission-driven organizations such as social enterprises and non-profits, particularly examining how they navigate change through framing strategies.
