Professor Clifford Oswick is a Professor of Organization Theory at Bayes Business School, part of City St George's, University of London. He has held leadership roles including Head of the Faculty of Management and Deputy Dean (2011-2016). Previously, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Law & Social Sciences at Queen Mary, University of London (2007-2011), and held academic positions at the University of Leicester, King’s College London, and Westminster University. Before academia, he worked as an HR manager in local government.

Research Focus:
Clifford’s research explores the application of discourse, dramaturgy, narrative, and rhetoric to organizational studies, with emphases on leadership processes, employee engagement, and organizational change. His work bridges theoretical rigor and practical implications for management practices.
