Dr. Minjie Gao is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Public Services and Technology at King’s Business School, King’s College London. She holds a PhD from Bayes Business School and previously served as a Research Associate at Imperial College Business School’s Centre for Responsible Leadership. Her work focuses on technology-mediated organizational change, managerial incompetence, and leadership in healthcare, finance, and professional service sectors. She teaches across undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, and executive education programs, and runs qualitative research workshops for financial institutions.
