Janet Teoh is a Lecturer in Pastoral Care at LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore, with 28 years of experience as a studio-practising artist and educator. She holds an MFA and BA Honours in Fine Arts from RMIT University, Australia. Her roles include former leadership positions such as Programme Leader for the Diploma in Visual Studies and Director of the 3-Dimensional Studies Diploma programme.

Teoh’s research integrates mindfulness practices into educational frameworks to enhance student well-being and academic success. Her artistic practice focuses on contemporary jewellery and wearable sculpture, redefining traditional boundaries through innovative materials like paper, plastic, and reprocessed objects. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including solo shows at the Institute of Contemporary Arts Singapore and collaborations in the ASEAN Cultural Interaction programme.
