Dr. Janet Okoko is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Administration at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Education. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Calgary and has extensive experience in curriculum development and monitoring and evaluation of education programs. Her research focuses on school leadership preparation, teacher leadership, and culturally responsive practices for immigrant and minority communities. She leads tri-council funded projects on preparing school leaders for diverse student populations and strengthening practitioner-oriented educational research.
