Janet Coller

Dr. Janet Coller is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide's School of Biomedicine within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. She splits her time equally between teaching (50%) and leading a research program on clinical pharmaco- and immuno-genetics as head of the Clinical Pharmacogenomics Laboratory and member of the Cancer Treatment Toxicities Group.

Research Focus: Her work centers on improving cancer outcomes through personalized treatment and supportive care. Key areas include gut microbiome dynamics in chemotherapy response, TLR4's role in gastrointestinal toxicity, and microbiota effects on EGFR inhibitor-induced enterocolitis.
