Professor Janet A O'Sullivan is a Selwyn College Professor of Private Law at the University of Cambridge's Faculty of Law. She holds positions as Fellow and Vice-Master of Selwyn College and has been recognized with the Pilkington Teaching Prize (2005) for her pedagogical excellence. Her research focuses on Contract and Tort Law, particularly remedies and professional negligence, with affiliations to the Cambridge Private Law Centre (CPLC).
Before academia, she practiced as a solicitor at Slaughter and May (1989–1994).
