Dr. Jane Salisbury is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the School of Social Sciences at Cardiff University. She specializes in post-16 education, further education in Wales, differential attainment, qualitative research methods, and teacher socialization. Her career includes teaching on MEd and PGCE (FE) programs, as well as extensive management roles.
