Dr. Jane Morgan is an Associate Head at the Sheffield Institute of Social Sciences and Principle Lecturer in Psychology at Sheffield Hallam University since 2003. She leads the Psychology department and oversees academic roles including Course Leader for a British Psychological Society (BPS)-accredited course. Her research focuses on psycholinguistics, particularly speech production, aphasia, and bilingual language processing. She actively contributes to the Centre for Behavioural Science and Applied Psychology and Social and Economic Research Institute.

Her research explores lexical semantic representations in aphasia, visual word recognition, and second language processing.
