Jane Lynch is Professor of Procurement and Director of the Centre for Public Value Procurement at Cardiff Business School. She leads research on sustainable procurement practices and supply chain collaboration, with expertise in public sector tendering, social value measurement, and procurement innovation.
Research Impact: Awarded Individual of the Year at the GO Awards Wales (2023) for contributions to public procurement. Current projects include a Knowledge Transfer Partnership developing EPIC (Environment and People Impact Calculator) for construction legacy assessment.
Professional Engagement: Chairs the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) South Wales Branch and serves as Associate Director of the Institute for Collaborative Working Cymru. Regular judge for procurement excellence awards including GO Awards UK National and NASPO Annual Awards.
