Jan Fermelis is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Deakin Business School, Faculty of Business and Law, Deakin University, where she has been teaching for over two decades. Her expertise lies in management education, particularly in Change Management, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, and Academic Communication.
