James Wheeler

James Wheeler serves as Assistant Librarian for Electronic Resources & Digital Initiatives and Lecturer at Regent University School of Law. He holds a Juris Doctorate (Summa Cum Laude, 2015) from Regent University School of Law and a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies (with honors) from American Public University. Notably, he is the youngest person ever elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives, serving two terms on the Judiciary Committee beginning at age 18. He has also completed clerkships with the Honorable Glen Huff of Virginia’s Court of Appeals and the Alaska Superior Court.
