Dr. James Gucker is an instructor of Business Law at Tiffin University, where he also teaches graduate courses in law and ethics as an adjunct professor. He has practiced law in Ohio since 1988, specializing in business law, torts, real estate, and estate planning. His judicial appointments include roles as an acting judge (Wyandot County Municipal Court), Tiffin City Prosecutor, and solicitor for multiple villages. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and volunteers with nonprofits such as United Way and Tiffin Mercy Hospital.
