James E. Salzman

James E. Salzman is the Donald Bren Distinguished Professor at UCLA Law School and the UCSB School of the Environment. His research focuses on environmental law and policy, including water law, climate infrastructure, and ecosystem services. He holds a B.A. in History from Yale College (1985), a J.D. from Harvard Law School (1989), and an M.Sc. in Engineering Sciences and Applied Physics from Harvard (1990).
