Robin Kundis Craig is the Robert A. Schroeder Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Kansas School of Law, specializing in water law, climate change adaptation, ocean governance, and environmental policy. She holds a J.D. from Lewis & Clark School of Law and a Ph.D. in English from UCSB. Her research emphasizes legal frameworks for addressing climate-driven challenges like sea-level rise, marine biodiversity loss, and water scarcity. Craig has authored over 100 articles and books, including Re-Envisioning the Anthropocene Ocean (2023) and The End of Sustainability (2017).

Craig has advised governments and NGOs on transboundary water disputes, marine protected areas, and ecological resilience.
Awards include the 2023 environmental law scholarship award and a 2017 Rockefeller Foundation residency. She teaches Environmental Law, Water Law, and Civil Procedure at KU.
