James Cornford is an Associate Professor in Organisational Behaviour at the Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia (UEA). He joined UEA in 2009 from Newcastle University, where he held roles including Senior Lecturer and Principal Research Associate. His research focuses on multi-agency organisational change in public sectors, information technology-driven organisational transformation, and regional development processes. He has led or co-investigated projects funded by the ESRC, EPSRC, European Commission, and UK government departments.
