Dr. James A. Corino serves as Professor and Executive Director of the Master of Arts and Education Specialist Advanced Degree Programs in the Department of Education Leadership, Management and Policy at Seton Hall University. With over 55 years of experience spanning public school education, athletic coaching, and university administration, he has shaped educational leadership through teaching and policy advocacy.
His research focuses on:

Dr. Corino pioneered the establishment of nearly 400 High School Halls of Fame across New Jersey, advocating for academic-athletic excellence through roles on the New Jersey Interscholastic Athletic Association Executive Board and New Jersey Superintendents Study Council.
His distinguished honors include dual high school Hall of Fame inductions, multiple Coach of the Year awards, and a U.S. Senate citation for creating the nation's first Holocaust Symposium in educational settings.
As an international educator, he has mentored students globally through collaborations with the University of Catania and University of Malta, while developing future PK-12 leaders through Seton Hall's graduate programs.
