Dr. Roger Collins is an Adjunct Professor and Ed.D. Degree Consultant in the LTLE Department at James Madison University's College of Education. He has extensive experience in PK-12 education leadership, serving as a division superintendent in Virginia and executive director of the Virginia School-University Partnership (VSUP). His roles include teaching graduate courses in educational leadership, particularly focusing on internships, and consulting on school improvement and strategic planning. He holds an Ed.D. from The George Washington University, an M.Ed. from the University of Virginia, and a B.S. from James Madison University.
