James (Randy) Webb is a Senior Professor of Practice and Executive Director of the Steven Stagner Sales Excellence Institute at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. He teaches Sales Management, Key Account Selling, and Corporate Politics to undergraduate and executive MBA students.
His expertise lies in sales leadership and management, with over 28 years of corporate experience at major firms like Dial Corporation and M&M/Mars, where he served as President and CEO of Mars' food division. He has been recognized extensively for teaching excellence, including the University of Houston's Individual Teaching Excellence Award (2020) and multiple Bauer College Teaching Awards.
His areas of expertise include Key Account Selling, Sales Management, Leadership, and Executive Coaching. He is actively involved in executive education, consulting, and corporate speaking.
Mr. Webb has received several teaching honors:
