معرفی
Dr. Jacqueline Noll is a Cancer Council SA Research Fellow and Grant-Funded Researcher (B) at the University of Adelaide, based in the School of Biomedical Science within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. She leads research investigating the role of the bone marrow microenvironment in haematological malignancies, with a focus on multiple myeloma and paediatric B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (B-ALL). Her work explores mechanisms of relapse, macrophage-mediated tumour support, and the efficacy of novel therapeutic strategies targeting enzymes like myeloperoxidase (MPO).
Dr. Noll completed her PhD at the University of Adelaide in 2011, followed by post-doctoral research in the Myeloma Research Laboratory. She now leads projects on polyamine pathways in myeloma and the role of CKLF1 in predicting B-ALL relapse. Her research integrates immunology, molecular biology, and preclinical models to advance cancer therapies.
Notable achievements include identifying a diagnostic gene signature predicting B-ALL relapse and demonstrating MPO inhibition's potential in myeloma treatment. Her work has been supported by grants and collaborations, including the Cancer Council SA Fellowship.
