Jacob Weinrib is an Associate Professor at the Queen’s University Faculty of Law, where he teaches constitutional law, administrative law, and legal theory. He holds advanced degrees from the University of Toronto, including a PhD in Philosophy as a Vanier Scholar, and a Juris Doctor. Weinrib is author of two monographs: Dimensions of Dignity: The Theory and Practice of Modern Constitutional Law (2016) and The Impasse of Constitutional Rights (2025), which critically examine human dignity's role in constitutional frameworks.
