Jackie Zeeman

Jackie Zeeman, PharmD, serves as Associate Professor and Assistant Dean of PharmD Strategy and Assessment at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She holds additional roles as Associate Director of the Office of Organizational Effectiveness, Planning and Assessment (OE), and Assessment Lead for the Provost Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice. Her work focuses on curriculum assessment, student learning evaluation, and quality improvement processes.

Dr. Zeeman’s research emphasizes assessment in informal learning environments, including admissions processes, co-curricular experiences, and professional competency development. She chairs the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) Institutional Research and Assessment Committee (IRAC) and contributes to standing committees on Student Affairs and Professional Affairs.

Her work integrates interprofessional collaboration and continuous quality improvement across academic programs, with a focus on evidence-based educational practices.
