Nicole Pinelli Reitter

Nicole Pinelli Reitter is an Associate Professor at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and holds multiple leadership roles, including Executive Director for Interprofessional Collaborative Practice in the Provost’s Office and Director of AHEC and Health System Experiential Partnerships. She oversees experiential education programs, interprofessional initiatives, and strategic partnerships across North Carolina.

• Master of Science in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis (University of Michigan)

Research Interests: Focuses on advancing clinical education models, interprofessional collaboration, health disparities mitigation, and outcomes research in pharmacy practice. Her work integrates student pharmacists into direct patient care through innovative programs like layered learning and flipped residency research models.
