Jaakko Hilppö is a University Lecturer at the Department of Educational Sciences, University of Helsinki. He specializes in cultural-historical approaches to children's learning and development, particularly within early childhood education. Hilppö serves as a supervisor in the Doctoral Program in School, Education, Society and Culture and holds leadership roles, including Director of the Bachelor of Education program since 2025.
