JUNGHWAN KIM

Dr. Junghwan Kim is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University, serving as Program Leader for the Workforce, Adult, & Lifelong Education (WALE) program. Previously, he held tenure at the University of Oklahoma. His research focuses on learning dynamics in nonprofit and corporate contexts, leadership development across generations, and policy analysis of HRD and lifelong learning systems. He has secured over $350K in research funding and published extensively in journals like Adult Education Quarterly and HRD Review.
