J. Meejin Yoon is the Gale and Ira Drukier Dean of the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning (AAP) at Cornell University, where she is also a faculty member in the Department of Architecture. She is a co-founding partner of the design firm Höweler + Yoon and leads the Design Across Scales Lab at Cornell, focusing on the intersections of architecture, urbanism, technology, and public space.
Yoon’s research and design practice explore how architecture can respond to pressing environmental and social challenges. Her work spans cultural institutions, memorials, and public spaces, often integrating advanced technologies and community engagement.
