Rina Yoon

Rina Yoon is a Korean-born Professor of Fine Art at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD), specializing in non-traditional printmaking methods and multimedia installations. She earned her BFA in Fine Art from Southern Methodist University and an MFA in Printmaking from Washington University in St. Louis.

Yoon’s research explores experimental printmaking techniques, including large-scale prints, paper installations, and the integration of video/sculptural elements with printmaking. Her practice emphasizes material sensitivity and meditative, time-intensive processes.
