Dr. Ashley Jarrell (J. Ashley Jarrell) is an Associate Professor of Music and Director of Bands at the University of North Georgia (UNG). At UNG, they conduct the Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band while teaching courses in music education and conducting. Their career includes prior roles as Assistant Director of Bands at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Director of Bands at Martin Luther King Jr. Academic Magnet School in Nashville, Tennessee.
