Izaak Lim is a clinical academic psychiatrist at Monash Health and holds an adjunct academic appointment in the Department of Psychiatry within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University. His work spans research, teaching, and leadership in perinatal, infant, and early childhood mental health. He serves as Stream Coordinator for the Master of Mental Health Science (Psychiatry), Unit Coordinator for 'Ethics of Mental Health Care', Discipline Lead in the Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine program, and Chief Examiner for multiple core psychiatry units.
