Ishbel McWha-Hermann is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Director (Academic) of the MBA Programmes at the University of Edinburgh's Business School. She leads academic strategy across Full-Time, Executive, and Online MBA Programmes. Her research focuses on social justice in international work contexts, particularly fair reward policies in aid and development organizations. She founded Project Fair, an initiative addressing pay disparities in international NGOs, and advises the UN on sustainable development goals.
