Ishan Nath is an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, focusing on climate change, international trade, economic growth, and development. Starting in the 2025-26 academic year, he will join Harvard University as an Assistant Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and an affiliate of the Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability. His research bridges macroeconomics and environmental policy, with affiliations to institutions like the Climate Impact Lab and Energy Policy Institute during his postdoctoral work.
