Isabelle Boutet is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Social Sciences. Her research focuses on how humans analyze social cues from facial features across the lifespan, with particular interest in aging, perceptual analysis, and digital communication. She directs the SCOPE (Social Cognition and Perception) Laboratory, investigating face recognition processes through behavioral and physiological measures.
