Isaac Sasson is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Tel Aviv University and holds a Docent (Associate Professor) title as a Guest Researcher at Stockholm University's Department of Sociology. He is affiliated with the Stockholm University Demography Unit (SUDA) and the Herczeg Institute on Aging. His work focuses on inequality in human lifespan and social determinants of health. Sasson earned his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the London School of Economics.
