Miska Simanainen is a PhD student in Sociology at the Department of Sociology, Stockholm University, affiliated with the Stockholm University Demography Unit (SUDA). Holding a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Helsinki, his research examines the effects of unconditional cash transfer policies on income, work incentives, health, and well-being using data from the Finnish Basic Income Experiment.
