Irfan A. Omar is a full-time Professor in the Department of Theology at Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He specializes in Islamic theology, interfaith dialogue, and peace studies, with a focus on Sufism and South Asian religious traditions. As an affiliated faculty member at the Center for South Asia at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, he bridges interdisciplinary academic networks.
