Martin Nguyen is an Associate Professor of Religious Studies and Director of Islamic Studies at Fairfield University. His scholarship focuses on the Qur'an, theological frameworks, and intersections between race and religion. He has authored two significant works: Modern Muslim Theology (2018) exploring contemporary Islamic theology through religious imagination, and Sufi Master and Qur'an Scholar (2012) analyzing medieval Islamic mysticism and scriptural interpretation.
