Ingrid Snijders is a Research Fellow at the Healthy Region Lectorate of HZ University of Applied Sciences. She holds a PhD from Utrecht University (2021), specializing in Social Exchange Theory and Social Psychology applied to higher education contexts. Her work focuses on student-faculty relationships, engagement, and loyalty, supported by an NWO PhD Grant for Teachers. Ingrid teaches service management and research skills, supervises students in social/economic fields, and coordinates study career coaching.
