Ilan Masson

Ilan Masson is a Researcher at the Hertie School’s Centre for Digital Governance in Berlin. He holds a Master of International Affairs from the Hertie School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. Before joining the Hertie School, he worked at the German Federal Foreign Office.
