Ian Wilson

Professor Ian Wilson is a Research Professor of Soft Solids and Surfaces at the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, University of Cambridge. His work focuses on the physics of structured semi-solid materials, particularly in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, with expertise in rheology, micro-structured materials, and fouling/cleaning mechanisms.
