Dr. Ian Fyfe is a Senior Lecturer at the Moray House School of Education and Sport, University of Edinburgh, and a member of the Institute for Education, Community & Society (IECS). His work bridges academia with community practice, focusing on youth development, political engagement, and social justice. He holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne and has extensive experience in local government and third-sector organizations globally.

Research Interests: Dr. Fyfe’s research examines youth political literacy, community-based learning, and the impact of youth work on social inclusion. His work has informed UK youth policy and practice through collaborations with governments, NGOs, and universities.
