Howard Scott

Dr. Howard Scott is a Lecturer in Post-Compulsory Education and Training (PCET) at the University of Wolverhampton's Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing. His PhD (2017) investigated social networks for GCSE re-sit students in FE colleges.

Research focuses on mobile learning, digital technologies for community education, and critical approaches to AI in pedagogy. He leads Erasmus+ projects developing teacher capacity in Palestinian HEIs and co-creates interactive courseware through EU-funded initiatives.

Key projects include:

• TEFL-ePAL: Digital pedagogy for language teachers
• Co-created Interactive Courseware (CiC) platform development
• Sustaining Education through COVID-19 (DFID-funded)

He serves as External Examiner at University of Huddersfield and advisor for UWTSD.
